摘　　要：电机真空压力浸漆作业是内燃机车主发电机、牵引电机及其他小型电机在修理过程中的重要的程序。在浸漆作业过程中存在苯、甲苯及二甲苯等有毒气体的排放,其治理效果关系到作业人员的身体健康及能否达标排放。从废气产生、方案设计、治理效果3个方面探讨机械通风与净化处理相结合的治理方案,经检测,治理设备使用后浸漆干燥作业区的工作环境得到了有效改善。从经济、环境和社会效益角度,应用前景良好、具有一定推广价值。Motor vacuum pressure dipping is an extremely important procedure in the repair process of main generators,traction motors and other small motors of diesel locomotives.In the process of dipping paint,there is the emission of toxic gases such as benzene,toluene and xylene.The quality of the treatment effect is related to the health of the workers and the compliance of environmental emissions.This article discusses the treatment plan combining mechanical ventilation and purification treatment from three aspects:waste gas generation,scheme design,and treatment effect.After testing,it was found that the working environment in the paint drying area was effectively improved after the use of the treatment equipment.From the perspectives of economy,environment,and social benefits,the application prospects are promising and have certain promotional value.
