健康体检职工重要异常结果检查治疗依从性调查分析

摘　　要：通过对健康体检中检出重要异常结果职工的跟踪随访,了解体检职工对重要异常结果进一步检查、治疗的依从性。对1 221例检出重要异常结果职工,通过电话通知其重要异常结果检测项目、医生建议及进一步检查项目,根据随访应答情况,统计依从检查或治疗的时间和结果。本次共检出重要异常结果1 221人,其中男性1 025人(83.95%),女性196人(16.05%)。18~29岁组42人(3.44%),30~39岁组139人(11.38%),40~49岁组318人(26.04%),50~59岁组559人(45.78%),≥60岁组163人(13.35%)。检出重要异常结果人员于30 d内去医院接受检查或治疗的780人(63.88%),31~60 d去医院接受检查或治疗的139人(11.38%),>60 d未行检查或治疗的169人(13.84%),失访的133人(10.89%);医院明确疾病诊断76例(6.22%)。各类重要异常结果之间依从检查或治疗情况有差异(χ^(2)=29.005,P<0.01)。体检人群对重要异常结果进一步检查治疗的依从性总体较好,健康风险意识仍有待提高。By tracking and following up on employees who have detected significant abnormal results in health examinations,we aim to understand their compliance with further examination and treatment of significant abnormal results.For 1221 employees who have detected significant abnormal results,important abnormal result indicators,doctor recommendations,and items that require further examination or treatment were communicated through telephone follow-up.Follow up responses were made,and compliance with the examination or treatment time and results was recorded.A total of 1221 important abnormal results were detected in this study,including 1025 males(83.95%)and 196 females(16.05%).42 people in the 18~29 age group(3.44%),139 people in the 30~39 age group(11.38%),318 people in the 40~49 age group(26.04%),559 people in the 50~59 age group(45.78%),and 163 people in the≥60 age group(13.35%).780 people(63.88%)went to the hospital for examination or treatment within 30 days after detecting important abnormal results,139 people(11.38%)went to the hospital for examination or treatment within 31~60 days,169 people(13.84%)did not undergo examination or treatment within 60 days,and 133 people(10.89%)were lost to follow-up;76 cases(6.22%)were diagnosed with diseases in the hospital.There are differences in adherence to examination or treatment among various important abnormal results(χ^(2)=29.005,P<0.01).The overall compliance of the physical examination population with further examination and treatment of important abnormal results is good,and health risk awareness still needs to be improved.
