摘　　要：为解决铁路财务共享中心建设中存在数据安全风险、财务业务处理效率低等问题,构建区块链财务管理系统。文章分析了铁路财务共享中心的建设意义和特点,介绍区块链技术及其特点,重点阐述了区块链财务管理系统的构建及相关业务流程。在中国铁路沈阳局集团有限公司试用的结果表明,该系统能够保障数据存储安全,提高审批效率,为铁路财务共享中心的优化提供参考。To solve the problems of data security risks and low efficiency in financial business processing in the construction of railway Financial Sharing Centers,this paper constructed a blockchain based financial management system,analyzed the significance and characteristics of the construction of the railway Financial Shared Center,introduced blockchain technology and its features,and focused on the construction of the blockchain based financial management system and related business processes.The results of the trial at China Railway Shenyang Group Co.Ltd.show that the system can ensure data storage security,improve approval efficiency,and provide reference for the optimization of the railway Financial Sharing Center.
