摘　　要：文章阐述财务共享新模式与信息技术相结合的现状,并以中国铁路西安局集团有限公司为例,介绍信息化技术在其财务共享建设过程中的实际应用场景。通过采用机器人流程自动化(RPA,Robotic Process Automation)技术、建设财务共享中心辅助系统,提高数据收集准确性及数据处理效率,并减少人工成本,以期解决传统财务管理模式难以适应现代企业管理需求的问题,为实现财务精细化管理提供支撑。This paper elaborated on the current situation of combining new financial sharing models with information technology,and took China Railway Xi'an Group Co.Ltd.as an example to introduce the practical application scenarios of information technology in its financial sharing construction process.It improved the accuracy and efficiency of data collection and processing by adopting Robotic Process Automation(RPA)technology and building a financial shared center auxiliary system,while reducing labor costs.The goal is to solve the problem that traditional financial management models are difficult to adapt to modern enterprise management needs and provide support for implementing refined financial management.
