摘　　要：目的通过分析2013—2023年彭州市疑似预防接种异常反应(suspected adverse event following immunization,AEFI)的监测资料,了解AEFI发生特征和报告发生率。方法分别收集中国免疫规划信息管理系统中2013—2023年彭州市报告的AEFI个案信息数据和四川省免疫规划信息系统中2013—2023年彭州市疫苗接种数据,采用描述性流行病学的方法进行统计分析。结果2013—2023年彭州市报告1870例AEFI(除新冠疫苗AEFI),报告发生率为63.04/10万。其中,一般反应1655例,占88.5%;异常反应180例,占9.63%;偶合症27例,占1.44%;心因性反应8例,占0.43%;无疫苗质量事故和接种事故发生。男女性别比1.05∶1;1~4岁组报告最多(925例);每月均有报告,6月最多,占13.37%,其次是12月和5月。结论2013—2023年彭州市AEFI报告发生率总体呈现上升趋势,不良反应以一般反应为主。彭州市AEFI监测系统运转正常,疫苗接种安全性良好。Objective To analyze the surveillance data of suspected adverse event following immunization(AEFI)in Pengzhou City from 2013 to 2023,and to understand the characteristics and reported incidence rate of AEFI.Methods The data of AEFI cases reported in Pengzhou City from 2013 to2023 in the China Immunization Program Information Management System and the vaccination data in Pengzhou City from 2013 to 2023 in the Sichuan Immunization Program Information System were collected,respectively.Descriptive epidemiological methods were used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 1870 AEFI cases(except COVID-19 vaccine AEFI)were reported in Pengzhou City from2013 to 2023,with a reported incidence rate of 63.04/105.Among them,there were 1655 cases of common adverse reaction(88.5%),180 cases of rare adverse reaction(9.63%),27 cases of coincidental event(1.44%)and 8 cases of psychogenic reaction(0.43%).There were no vaccine quality event or program error.The gender ratio was 1.05∶1.The 1-4 years old group had the most cases(925).There were cases reported every month,and the number of cases reported in June was the largest,accounting for(13.37%),followed by December and May.Conclusions The reported incidence rate of AEFI in Pengzhou City from 2013 to 2023 showed an overall upward trend.The adverse reactions were mainly common adverse reactions.The AEFI monitoring system in Pengzhou City operated normally,and the vaccination safety was good.
