摘 要:目的建立离子色谱法同时测定饮用水中二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸、氯酸盐、亚氯酸盐和溴酸盐的方法。方法水样通过Ion Pac AS27型分析柱(250 mm×4 mm),Ion Pac AG27型保护柱(50 mm×4 mm),以KOH为淋洗液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.00 m L/min,进样量200.0μl,AERS 6004 mm抑制型电导检测器进行分析。所得数据采用Excel 2016软件对其进行描述性分析。结果二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸、氯酸盐、亚氯酸盐和溴酸盐的线性范围均为10.0~300.0μg/L,相关系数分别为0.9996、0.9992、0.9994、0.9996和0.9994,方法的加标回收率为80.4%~113.9%,相对标准偏差为0.3%~4.8%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便快捷,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠,适用于饮用水中二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸、氯酸盐、亚氯酸盐和溴酸盐的同时测定。Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of dichloroacetic acid,trichloroacetic acid,chlorate,chlorite and bromate in drinking water by ion chromatography.Methods The separation was performed on an Ion Pac AS27 analytical column(250 mm×4 mm)and the target compounds were eluted with KOH at the flow rate of 1.00 mL/min in gradient and sample injection volume at 200.0μL with an AERS 6004 mm suppressor conductivity detectors.Excel 2016 software was used for descriptive data analysis.Results The liner range of dichloroacetic acid,trichloroacetic acid,chlorate,chlorite and bromate were all 10.0-300.0μg/L,the correlation coefficients were 0.9996、0.9992、0.9994、0.9996 and 0.9994.The average recovery rates ranged from 80.4%-113.9%,with RSDs(n=6)ranging from 0.3%-4.8%.Conclusions This method is sensitive,simple,and can be applied for simultaneous determination of dichloroacetic acid,trichloroacetic acid,chlorate,chlorite and bromate in drinking water.
