摘 要:在“双碳目标”和“可持续发展”的双目标下,实现建筑节能减排的需求,向着更加绿色低碳的建筑转型,绿色建筑从重设计向重运行转变。为了更快锁定绿色建筑在运行过程中的薄弱环节,文章对比绿色办公建筑已有三种评价体系特性,从体系构建、评价方法、指标确定、权重确定、评价分值等方面分析,得到BIM技术评价体系侧重于资源节约,加权评分评价体系及模糊综合评价体系侧重于能源效益。选取寒冷地区的GF绿色办公建筑作为评价对象,分别展开三种体系的综合评价,筛选一种既有绿色办公建筑快速且高效识别运行薄弱环节的评价体系。结果表明:模糊综合评价体系在能源效益评价方面存在优势,其中,评价对象的节能率和运行成本的分值均为100分,表现优异;不过在大气环境和静态回收期方面存在较大的提升空间;以实际性能为导向,模糊综合评价体系为绿色办公建筑运行评价提供新方法。Under the dual goals of“Double Carbon target”and“sustainable development”,the focus of Green Building has shifted from design to operation,so as to meet the demand for energy conservation and emission reduction in buildings,and transform toward a more green and lowcarbon building.In order to quickly identify the weak links in the operation process of Green Buildings,the characteristics of three existing evaluation systems of green office building are compared.Analyses are conducted from aspects such as system construction,evaluation methods,indicator determination,weight determination and evaluation scores.It is found that the BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology evaluation system focuses on resource conservation,while the weighted scoring evaluation system and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system focus on energy efficiency.The GF green office building in cold region is selected as the evaluation object,and the comprehensive evaluation using the three systems are carried out respectively,to select an evaluation system for fast and efficient identification of operational weaknesses in existing green office buildings.The results indicate that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system has advantages in energy efficiency evaluation,both the energy saving rate and operating cost of the evaluation object scores 100 points,indicating excellent performance.However,there is still much room for improvement in atmospheric environment and static recovery period.Based on practical capability,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system provides a new method for the operation evaluation of green office buildings.
