摘 要:高品质科技住宅因全年室内环境高舒适度受到消费者的青睐,展现出良好的市场前景。科技住宅多采用集中能源运行管理方式,能源系统的经济性问题是许多消费者的关注重点。本文以长江流域夏热冬冷地区的科技住宅为分析对象,通过采用TRNSYS仿真和TOPSIS决策量化方法,基于[火用]损分析单一控制与混合控制策略并排序,给出住宅不同入住率下的最优控制策略,为后续不断满足住宅用户对室内健康舒适环境需求的同时,也为如何提高能源效率提供重要的参考依据。The high-quality and high-tech buildings have gained popularity among consumers because of its high indoor environment comfort throughout the year,showing good market prospects.However,due to the use of centralized energy operation and management,such buildings often face challenges in energy cost-effectiveness.Taking the high-tech residential buildings in the hot summer and cold winter zone of the Yangtze River Basin are taken as the analysis object,this paper uses TRNSYS simulation and TOPSIS decision-making quantification method to analyze and rank the single-control and hybrid-control strategies based on the exergy loss,so as to propose the optimal control strategies under different occupancy rates.
