摘 要:城市作为碳排放的重要空间载体,推动绿色低碳建筑发展、推进绿色低碳城市建设,是实现“双碳”目标的重要途径。现在有许多城市在城市更新中都在积极探索和引导绿色生态城市、绿色生态区域、绿色生态社区的规划建设,其核心要素建筑的绿色低碳发展规划实施路径分析成果展露较少。本文以青岛某绿色生态区域规划建设为例,通过对建筑绿色低碳发展规划实施过程的梳理,对绿色低碳技术分项指标、重点任务规划,以及建筑的碳排放量效益和增量成本等方面着手,阐述了关键内容的研究分析成果,以期为同类型的项目提供借鉴与参考。As significant spatial carriers of carbon emissions,cities play a crucial role in promoting the development of green and low-carbon buildings and advancing the construction of green and low-carbon cities,which are vital means for achieving the“Dual Carbon”goals.Currently,numerous cities are actively exploring and guiding the planning and construction of green ecological cities,zones,and communities in their urban renewal efforts.However,the analysis of the implementation paths for green and low-carbon development planning in these core elements,namely buildings,has been relatively under-explored.This article takes the planning and construction of a green ecological zone in Qingdao City as an example.By reviewing the implementation process of green and low-carbon development planning for buildings,it delves into the research and analysis outcomes regarding specific indicators for green and low-carbon technologies,key task planning,as well as the benefits and incremental costs of carbon emissions from buildings,aiming to offer insights and references for similar projects.
