摘 要:上海市超低能耗建筑建设正在大规模推进,2021年以来,上海累计落实超低能耗建筑1400万平方米。目前已有许多居住建筑项目完成超低能耗验收,还有大量项目正处于施工阶段,随着超低能耗居住建筑的推广,现场气密性问题日益凸显,气密性直接影响建筑能耗、室内环境质量和竣工验收。本文通过案例实地调研,对设计技术措施及施工工艺进行思考,剖析问题发生的原因,并提出针对性解决措施。有助于项目顺利通过超低能耗验收,提升上海超低能耗居住建筑的气密性水平。The construction of ultra-low energy buildings in Shanghai is being advanced on a large scale.Since 2021,a total of 14 million square meters of ultra-low energy buildings have been implemented in Shanghai.Currently,many residential building projects have completed the ultra-low energy acceptance,and a large number of projects are still under construction.With the promotion of ultra-low energy residential buildings,on-site air tightness issues have become increasingly prominent.Air tightness directly affects building energy consumption,indoor environmental quality,and final acceptance.Through on-site investigation of cases,this article reflects on design technical measures and construction techniques,analyzes the causes of problems,and proposes targeted solutions.This is helpful for projects to smoothly pass the ultra-low energy acceptance and improve the air tightness level of ultra-low energy residential buildings in Shanghai.
