摘 要:高层建筑内部功能分区复杂,包含办公区、商业区、住宅区等不同功能区域,各区域对暖通空调的需求在时间和空间上差异较大,导致高层建筑暖通空调节能控制难度增加。针对上述背景,研究了一种基于PLC的高层建筑暖通空调节能控制方法。准确计算高层建筑内部的冷热负荷需求为制冷机组的智能控制提供精准数据,利用PLC实时获取制冷机组及末端设备的运行状态和关键参数进行智能化调节,对风机和水泵等末端设备进行变频调速控制进一步提高系统能效。实验结果测试表明该方法有效降低了高层建筑暖通空调系统的能耗,提升了能源利用效率。The internal functional zoning of high-rise buildings is complex,including different functional zones such as office areas,commercial areas,and residential areas.The demand for HVAC in each area varies greatly in time and space,leading to increased difficulty in energy-saving control of HVAC in high-rise buildings.Aiming at the above background,a PLC based HVAC energy-saving control method for high-rise building was studied.Accurate calculation of the cooling and heating load requirements inside high-rise buildings provides precise data for intelligent control of chiller units.By using PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)to obtain real-time operating status and key parameters of chiller units and terminal devices for intelligent adjustment.Variable frequency speed control is applied to terminal devices such as fans and pumps to further improve system energy efficiency.The experimental results show that this method effectively reduces the energy consumption of HVAC systems and improves energy utilization efficiency in high-rise buildings.
