摘 要:本研究以北京某装配式住宅供暖问题为对象,建立“检”“比”“验”诊断方法体系,通过现场调研与数据核查锁定温度异常关键因素;选取典型低温房间进行围护结构热工性能与室内温度场检测,结合辐射供暖构造层对比试验,证实装饰面层热阻超标及围护结构热工缺陷是主因;最终提出针对围护结构保温强化、外窗气密性提升与供热系统改造等经济有效的解决建议,为同类问题提供系统解决方案。This study focuses on the heating system issues in a prefabricated residential building in Beijing and systematically carries,Establishing a“inspection-comparison-verification”diagnostic methodology to identify key factors causing temperature abnormalities through field surveys and data verification;Selecting typical low-temperature rooms for thermal performance testing of building envelopes and indoor temperature field measurements,combined with comparative experiments on radiant heating construction layers,confirming that excessive thermal resistance of decorative surface layers and thermal defects in building envelopes are the main causes;Finally proposing cost-effective solutions including thermal reinforcement of building envelopes,improvement of window air tightness,and heating system retrofitting,providing a systematic solution for similar problems.
