摘　　要：浙江省大多数老年人选择居家养老,但现有建筑往往无法满足老年群体日益多样化的需求。适老化改造技术在改善老年人居住环境、提升生活质量方面具有重要作用。以保障性租赁住房为改造对象,提出了一系列适老化改造策略,涵盖室外环境、楼栋公共区域、以及套内空间等方面,重点解决便捷性、安全性与功能性问题。通过优化各功能区域,为老年人提供更加舒适、安全的居住环境。此外,文章还提出了针对不同老年人需求的定制化改造方案,以确保老年人的独立性和生活便捷性。In Zhejiang Province,the majority of elderly people prefer home-based elderly care,but existing buildings often fail to meet their increasingly diverse needs.Aging-friendly renovation technologies play a crucial role in improving the living environment for the elderly and enhancing their quality of life.Focusing on affordable rental housing as the renovation target,a series of aging-friendly renovation strategies are proposed,covering outdoor environments,building public areas,and indoor living spaces,with an emphasis on addressing accessibility,safety,and functionality.By optimizing various functional areas,the study aims to create a more comfortable and secure living environment for the elderly.In addition,customized renovation plans are tailored to meet the specific needs of different elderly individuals,ensuring their independence and convenience.
