摘 要:本文以某园区为研究对象,针对园区雨污分流系统不完善、生活污水收集处理率低及缺乏专业工业污水处理厂等问题,提出了一套污水治理与节能减排技术方案,通过综合分析园区地形、地貌、水文地质等条件,合理布局生产设施,划分功能区域,并设计污水管网。同时,选取高效率、低能耗的用电设备,采用节能型建筑结构、材料和设备实现节能减排目标。本研究旨在有效收集和处理厂区污水,保护环境,保障人民生活,为我国产业园区可持续发展提供借鉴。This paper proposes an integrated technical scheme for wastewater treatment and energy conservation&emission reduction targeting problems such as the incomplete rainwater and sewage diversion system,low collection and treatment rate of domestic sewage and absence of a specialized industrial wastewater treatment plant.Through comprehensive analysis of the park’s topography,landforms,hydrogeology,and other conditions,production facilities are rationally laid out,functional areas are divided,and wastewater pipelines are designed.Meanwhile,high-efficiency and low-energy-consuming electrical equipment is selected,alongside energy-saving building structures,materials,and devices to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction goals.The study aims to effectively collect and treat industrial wastewater,protect the environment,safeguard people’s lives,which could provide references for the sustainable development of industrial parks in China.
