摘　　要：本文以青岛市城阳区为例,阐述了存量空间资源的本底识别、分类梳理和管控引导的关键技术路径。分析了城阳区城市更新的总体目标与策略、空间结构与布局,以及存量空间资源的识别、分类和管控方法。并提出了具体的规划设计内容和实施保障措施,旨在通过科学规划引导,实现城阳区的产业升级、空间优化和人居环境提升,促进城市的可持续发展。this paper uses Chengyang District of Qingdao City as a case study.It describes the key technical paths for identifying,classifying,and guiding the management of existing spatial resources.The paper analyzes the overall goals and strategies of urban renewal in Chengyang District,as well as spatial structure and layout,and methods for identifying,classifying,and managing spatial resources.Specific planning and implementation measures are proposed to guide scientific planning,aiming to achieve industrial upgrading,space optimization,and improved living environments in Chengyang District,thereby promoting sustainable urban development.
