摘  要:随着建筑行业发展,冬季内装涂饰工程质量与进度受关注。由于冬季气温低、空气干燥,内装涂饰面临涂料性能变化、基层与涂层适应性不佳以及施工环境湿度与通风不良等问题。为此,本文探讨相关技术措施,包括选用低温适应性好的涂料、加强基层处理、控制施工环境、优化施工工艺及强化施工安全管理等。以某东北商业综合体冬季内装涂饰工程为例,应用综合技术后,涂层质量达标,经冬季使用仍保持良好外观与性能,证明该技术可有效克服冬季施工问题,保障工程质量,以期为施工人员提供有益的借鉴。With the development of the construction industry,the quality and progress of the interior decoration project in winter are concerned.Due to the low temperature and dry air in winter,the interior decoration is faced with the problems such as coating performance change,poor adaptability of base layer and coating,and poor humidity and ventilation of construction environment.Therefore,this paper discusses the relevant technical measures,including the selection of coatings with good low-temperature adaptability,strengthening the base treatment,controlling the construction environment,optimizing the construction technology and strengthening the construction safety management.Taking the winter interior decoration project of a northeast commercial complex as an example,after the application of comprehensive technology,the coating quality meets the standard,and still maintains good appearance and performance after winter use.It is proved that these technologies can effectively overcome the winter construction problems and ensure the quality of the project,which could provide reference for relevant construction personnel.
