摘  要:徐州市区奎河综合整治工程河道护岸年久失修,护岸后方地层中排污管网漏水严重、景观树木树根发育,导致护岸结构稳定性较差,前期施工过程中护岸发生滑坡事件。针对该问题,成立了QC小组,通过分析护岸滑坡的主要原因,制定相应的措施,保证护岸加固施工的树根桩、方桩在施工过程中沉降量控制在要求范围内,从而确保护岸结构的稳定性。同时,提高了施工质量和进度,节省了施工成本,为今后类似工程提供了借鉴。The Kuihe River comprehensive renovation project in Xuzhou City has suffered from aging river revetments with structural instability caused by severe sewage pipeline leakage in the backfill stratum and root growth of landscape trees.A landslide occurred during early-stage construction.To address this,a QC team was set up to analyze the main causes of revetment landslide and formulate corresponding measures to ensure that the settlement amount of root piles and square piles in revetment reinforcement construction was controlled within the required range during construction,so as to ensure the stability of revetment structure.At the same time,the construction quality and progress were improved,the construction cost was saved,and the reference was provided for similar projects in the future.
