摘  要:以住宅小区建筑工程的直立收坡的挡土墙为研究对象,基础下方为杂填土,厚度约8m,经分析确定,采取双排桩基悬臂式挡土墙。经研究建筑工程、铁路工程有关理论和实践,分析比较了关联与区别,分别建立独立模型,上部为悬臂式挡土墙模型,下部为底板和双排桩基模型,对应采取库伦主动土压力和竖向弹性地基梁理论。通过计算和分析,完整设计了双排桩基悬臂式挡土墙,包含了细节尺寸及具体配筋,解决了建筑工程设计中较为特殊、较大难度的问题。经过实际工程的检验,表明工程设计是安全、合理的。Taking the retaining wall of the vertical slope of the residential district construction project as the research object,the miscellaneous fill is under the foundation,and the thickness is about 8m.After analysis and determination,the double-row pile foundation cantilever retaining wall is adopted.After studying the relevant theories and practices of construction engineering and railway engineering,the correlation and difference are analyzed and compared,and independent models are established respectively.The upper part is the cantilever retaining wall model,and the lower part is the floor and double-row pile foundation model,corresponding to the Coulomb active earth pressure and vertical elastic foundation beam theory.Through calculation and analysis,the cantilever retaining wall of double row pile foundation is designed completely,including the detail size and specific reinforcement,which solves the special and difficult problems in the design of building engineering.Through the inspection of practical engineering,it shows that the engineering design is safe and reasonable.
