摘　　要：本文聚焦高大空间异型不锈钢水波纹吊顶技术的应用成果。该技术通过对不锈钢板的创新设计与精密加工,再进行现场的精确安装施工,实现了高大空间安装具有独特水波纹效果的组合式异型吊顶。文中介绍了该吊顶技术的特点、优势及适用范围,对吊顶系统进行了构造分析,并结合实际工程着重阐述了异型不锈钢水波纹吊顶在设计优化、定制加工、测量放线、转换层施工、面板安装等方面的施工工艺,提出了质量控制措施以及验收控制要点,最后简述了高大空间吊顶的施工措施。The water-ripple stainless steel ceiling,as a new type of ceiling material,has superior properties such as fire resistance,moisture resistance,easy cleaning,and corrosion resistance,which is widely used in public buildings and commercial spaces.This article focuses on the application of irregular water-ripple stainless steel ceiling technology in large-scale spaces,introduces the innovative design and precision manufacturing of stainless steel plates,and explores precise on-site installation and construction,so as to achieve the installation of combined irregular ceiling with unique water ripple effects in large spaces.The article introduces the characteristics,advantages,and construction process of this ceiling technology,proposes quality control measures and key acceptance control points,and finally briefly describes the construction measures for large space ceilings.
