摘 要:超高层建筑钢结构施工因其结构复杂性和施工精度要求高而面临诸多挑战,本文结合实际工程案例,详细分析了BIM技术在钢结构施工中的针对性应用和广泛优势。通过高精度建模、协同施工管理、节点深化设计及吊装模拟等技术手段,解决了核心筒与钢结构协同施工、异型节点预制及大型构件高空吊装中的技术难点。研究表明,BIM技术在提高施工效率、确保质量安全和优化资源配置方面具有重要价值,为超高层建筑施工提供了全面支持。Steel structure construction of super high-rise buildings faces many challenges due to its structural complexity and high construction accuracy requirements.Combining with actual engineering cases,this paper analyzes in detail the targeted application and extensive advantages of BIM technology in steel structure construction.By means of high-precision modeling,collaborative construction management,node deepening design and lifting simulation,the technical difficulties in collaborative construction of core cylinder and steel structure,prefabrication of irregular nodes and high-altitude lifting of large components are solved.The research shows that BIM technology is of great value in improving construction efficiency,ensuring quality safety and optimizing resource allocation,which provides comprehensive support for the construction of super high-rise buildings.
