摘 要:在稀土钢连铸过程中,钢渣中的活泼合金元素(如Y、La和Ce等)易与传统连铸保护渣发生反应,导致保护渣成分发生显著变化,降低结晶器与铸坯之间存在的保护渣渣膜的传热性能和润滑性能。CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)基低反应保护渣可有效抑制渣钢反应,确保连铸过程中保护渣的理化性能稳定。本研究通过示差扫描量热实验(DSC)研究了Y_(2)O_(3)对CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)基保护渣析晶行为的影响。结果表明,随着Y_(2)O_(3)含量增加,保护渣结晶所需的活化能及结晶过程中的化学反应频率均显著提高。其中,第一相结晶活化能从395 kJ/mol增至830 kJ/mol,化学反应频率因子从4.7×10^(16)s^(-1)增至6.4×10^(29)s^(-1);第二相结晶活化能从647 kJ/mol增至1102 kJ/mol,化学反应频率从4.8×10^(20)s^(-1)增至1.5×10^(38)s^(-1)。加入Y_(2)O_(3)能够抑制保护渣的结晶析出,并促使保护渣的结晶方式从二维生长转变为三维生长。During the continuous casting process of rare earth steel,active alloying elements(such as Y,La and Ce)in steel slag are prone to react with traditional continuous casting mold flux,resulting in significant changes in the composition of the mold flux,reducing the heat transfer and lubrication properties of the mold flux film between the crystallizer and the ingot.CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-based low-reaction mold flux can effectively inhibit the slag-steel reaction and ensure the stability of the physical and chemical properties of the mold flux during continuous casting.In this study,the effect of Y_(2)O_(3)on the crystallization behavior of CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-based mold slag was studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results show that with the increase of Y_(2)O_(3)content,the activation energy required for the crystallization of the mold flux and the frequency of chemical reactions during the crystallization process are significantly increased.Among them,the activation energy of crystallization of the first phase increased from 395 kJ/mol to 830 kJ/mol,and the chemical reaction frequency increased from 4.7×10^(16)s^(-1)to 6.4×10^(29)s^(-1);the activation energy of crystallization of the second phase increased from 647 kJ/mol to 1102 kJ/mol,and the chemical reaction frequency increased from 4.8×10^(20)s^(-1)to 1.5×10^(38)s^(-1).The addition of Y_(2)O_(3)can inhibit the crystallization of the mold flux and promote the transformation of the crystallization mode of the mold flux from two-dimensional growth to three-dimensional growth.
