摘 要:在稀土矿的提取、冶炼、分离过程中会产生大量的低浓度稀土废水,如果不能对其进行妥善回收处理,不仅造成稀土资源的浪费,也将导致环境污染等问题。本研究以低浓度稀土废水为研究对象,通过吸附实验研究了赤铁矿对镧(La)离子和钇(Y)离子的吸附行为。结果表明,当pH=5、温度为25℃、稀土溶液浓度为2.0 mmol/L时,吸附30 min,La的吸附量为0.073 mmol/g,吸附效率达到93.38%;吸附240 min,Y的吸附量为0.041 mmol/g,吸附效率为50.13%。延长吸附时间、升高吸附温度、提高稀土溶液浓度和抗坏血酸浓度都能提高赤铁矿对稀土元素的吸附量。扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、红外光谱仪(FT-IR)等检测结果表明,赤铁矿吸附稀土元素后形成了Fe-OH键,稀土离子与-OH络合吸附在赤铁矿表面。本研究对吸附法处理低浓度稀土废水具有重要的指导意义,对绿色高效回收处理低浓度稀土废水有重要的推动作用。In the process of extraction,smelting and separation of rare earth ore,a large amount of low concentration rare earth wastewater will be produced.If it cannot be properly recycled,it will not only cause waste of rare earth resources,but also lead to environmental pollution and other problems.In this paper,the adsorption behavior of La and Y ions by hematite is studied by adsorption experiment with low concentration rare earth wastewater.The results show that at pH=5,temperature 25℃and rare earth ion concentration 2.0 mmol/L,the adsorption time is 30 min,and the adsorption capacity of La is 0.073 mmol/g,and the adsorption efficiency is 93.38%.For Y,when the adsorption time is 240 min,the adsorption capacity of Y is 0.041 mmol/g,and the adsorption efficiency is 50.13%,while extending the adsorption time,increasing the temperature,increasing the concentration of rare earth ions and ascorbate ions can improve the adsorption capacity of hematite for rare earth.Finally,SEM-EDS,XRD and FT-IR tests have proved that Fe-OH bond is formed after hematite adsorption,and rare earth ions are complex adsorbed on the surface of hematite.This paper has important guiding significance for the treatment of low concentration rare earth wastewater by adsorption method,and plays an important role in promoting the green and efficient recovery and treatment of low concentration rare earth wastewater.
