摘　　要：梳理苏商及苏商精神“厚德、崇文、实业、创新”的发展简史,深入分析经济全球化背景下现代苏商如何传承赓续厚德崇文、实业报国的传统苏商精神,同时以其国际化的战略眼光、守正与创新并重的思维、商贸与人文兼顾的情怀,赋予苏商精神新的内涵。新一代苏商企业家在全球化进程中要进一步强化社会责任感和全球意识,为中国经济的高质量发展作出更大贡献。This paper reviews the brief history of the development of the Jiangsu merchants and its spirit of“virtue,worship,industry and innovation”,deeply analyzes how the modern Jiangsu merchants inherit the traditional Jiangsu merchants spirit under the background of economic globalization,and endow the Jiangsu merchants spirit with new connotation based on its international strategic vision,the thinking of both integrity and innovation,and the feelings of combining commerce and humanity.The new generation of Jiangsu entrepreneurs should further strengthen their sense of social responsibility and global consciousness in the process of globalization,and make greater contributions to the high-quality development of China s economy.
