摘 要:为了提升三维编织复合材料的抗摩擦磨损性能,研究了编织复合材料横向和纵向的微观结构对其摩擦磨损性能的影响,优化了编织复合材料的工艺参数,并对复合材料在不同方向上的硬度、导热系数、磨损表面形貌进行分析。结果表明:编织复合材料横向截面中的碳纤维面积占比低于纵向;其横向的硬度和导热系数高于纵向;纤维体积分数由0增加至57.5%时,复合材料横向的平均摩擦因数降低了34.37%,磨损率降低了99.36%,纵向的摩擦因数降低了31.29%,磨损率降低了98.95%;复合材料横向的摩擦因数稳定性在纤维体积分数为57.5%时最高,而纵向的摩擦因数稳定性在纤维体积分数为50.5%时最高;编织复合材料横向和纵向磨损表面的损伤程度随着纤维体积分数的增大而降低,润滑膜的质量提高。In order to improve the anti-friction and wear performance of three-dimensional braided composites,the effects of the microstructure of the braided composites in the transverse and longitudinal directions on their friction and wear performance were investigated,the process parameters of the braided composites were optimized,and the composites were analyzed for their hardness,thermal conductivity,and wear surface morphology in different directions.The results show that the percentage of carbon fiber area in the transverse section of the braided composites is lower than that in the longitudinal direction,and their hardness and thermal conductivity in the transverse direction are higher than that in the longitudinal direction.When the fiber volume fraction is increased from 0 to 57.5%,the average friction coefficient of the transverse direction of the composites decreases by 34.37%and the wear rate by 99.36%,and the friction coefficient of the longitudinal direction decreases by 31.29%and the wear rate by 98.95%.The stability of the friction coefficient in the transverse direction of the composites is the highest at a fiber volume fraction of 57.5%,while the stability of the friction coefficient in the longitudinal direction is the highest at a fiber volume fraction of 50.5%.The degree of damage on the transverse and longitudinal wear surfaces of the braided composites decrease with increasing fiber volume content and the quality of the lubrication film increases.
