摘  要:针对传统永磁同步电机谐波电流抑制算法中基于低通滤波器和电流平均值法的谐波电流提取方法无法兼顾电流提取精度和动态响应速度的问题,提出了一种基于改进电流平均值法的谐波电流提取方法。将谐波电流信号进行多旋转坐标系变换后,先后经过低通滤波器和电流平均值算法模块进行滤波,从而在保证谐波电流提取精度的同时,加快提取的动态响应速度。将所提出的电流提取方法与电流PI控制策略相结合,通过仿真分析对所提方法的有效性进行了验证。结果表明:电机在500、1500和3000 r/min 3种典型转速下,采用所提方法前后,定子电流总谐波畸变率分别从11.54%、8.14%和8.25%降到了6.84%、4.45%和5.66%,实现了对永磁同步电机5、7次谐波电流的有效抑制。Aiming at the issue that the harmonic current extraction methods based on low-pass filters and current average value methods in traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)harmonic current suppression algorithms cannot balance the extraction accuracy of harmonic currents and the dynamic response speed,an improved current average value method for harmonic current extraction is proposed.The harmonic current signal is transformed into multiple rotating coordinate systems,and then filtered successively through a low-pass filter and a current average value algorithm module,thereby ensuring the accuracy of harmonic current extraction while accelerating the dynamic response speed of the extraction.The proposed current extraction method is combined with the current PI control strategy,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through simulation analysis.The results show that under three typical speeds of 500,1500,and 3000 r/min,the total harmonic distortion(THD)of the stator current is reduced from 11.54%,8.14%,and 8.25%to 6.84%,4.45%,and 5.66%respectively before and after using the proposed method,achieving effective suppression of the 5th and 7th harmonic currents of the PMSM.
