摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展,协调经济发展与生态保护双赢,已成为推动人与自然和谐共生、实现社会经济可持续发展的关键议题。党的二十大报告指出,“必须牢固树立和践行绿水青山就是金山银山的理念,站在人与自然和谐共生的高度谋划发展”,并强调“提供更多优质生态产品,以满足人民日益增长的美好生活需求”。Zigui County of Yichang City,Hubei Province,is located at the upper reservoir reach near the Three Gorges Dam.Recognized as an important node in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,it is referred as the"First County of the Reservoir Area".As a region of national ecological importance,the county has consistently prioritized ecological conservation.Leveraging ecological projects of forestry and grassland as well as its own resource endowment,the county has created an ecology-based industrial chain in the region,achieving synergy between tourism,agriculture,and forestry.This approach has led to the creation of the Zigui Model,a proven strategy for harnessing ecological assets to simultaneously promote environmental protection,industrial development,and livelihood improvement.
