摘　　要：2025年1月,国务院颁布《古树名木保护条例》(以下简称《条例》),这是我国首次以行政法规的形式明确古树名木保护管理工作的行为规范,填补了古树名木保护领域国家层面的法规空白。《条例》自3月15日起施行,开启了依法保护古树名木的崭新篇章。本文对《条例》颁布的里程碑意义、核心要义和未来展望三方面进行了深度解读,为《条例》在全国实施提供指引和参考,推动古树名木保护步入法制化、科学化的轨道。In January 2025,the State Council issued Regulation on the Protection of Ancient and Rare Trees,the first-ever legal document to lay out the management and protection of these precious trees.The regulations came into effect on March 15,opening a brand new chapter in providing legal protection for ancient and rare trees.This article provides an in-depth interpretation of the milestone significance,core principles,and future prospects of the regulation.The author aims to offer guidance and reference for its nationwide implementation,pushing the conservation of ancient and famous trees onto a legal and scientific track.
