摘　　要：At the beginning of the Year of the Snake,the return rate of contract workers in most shipbuilding enterprises in Jiangsu province was close to 100%.All employees quickly put into work,setting off a shipbuilding upsurge,new ship keel-laying,launching,undocking and delivery milestones were in succession,the production site was a busy scene,and many shipbuilding enterprises achieved a"good start".
