摘　　要：目的旨在对中医外治法对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)治疗的临床效果进行评估。方法通过检索中国知网、万方、维普以及PubMed,收集中医外治法治疗UC的临床随机对照试验(RCT),并采用Revman 5.4和Stata 17.0软件进行数据分析与比较。结果纳入15篇文献,涉及1196例患者。meta分析结果显示,治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[RR=1.11,95%CI(1.01,1.21),Z=2.26,P=0.024]。此外,治疗组在降低肠镜Baron评分、白细胞介素(IL)-6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子α水平以及提升IL-10水平方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。尽管两组在减少不良反应方面差异无统计学意义,但治疗组不良反应数量低于对照组。结论中医外治法对于UC的治疗不仅有效,而且能减少治疗的副作用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of external therapies in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods Randomized controlled trial(RCT)on the use of TCM external therapies for UC were retrieved from databases including CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and PubMed.Data analysis and comparison were conducted using Revman 5.4 and Stata 17.0 software.Results A total of 15 studies involving 1196 patients were included in the meta-analysis.The results demonstrated that the treatment group exhibited a significantly higher effective rate compared to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(RR=1.11,95%CI[1.01,1.21],Z=2.26,P=0.024).Furthermore,the treatment group showed superior outcomes in reducing Baron endoscopic scores,interleukin(IL)-6,C-reactive protein,and tumor necrosis factorαlevels,as well as in elevating IL-10 levels,with all differences being statistically significant(P<0.001).Although the reduction in adverse reactions in two groups was not statistically significant,the number of adverse events in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion External therapies in TCM are not only effective in the treatment of UC but also associat ed with a reduction in treatment-related side effects.
