摘  要:本文对中医药干预无翅相关整合位点(Wnt)信号通路治疗结直肠腺瘤(CRA)进行研究,当Wnt信号通路受到异常激活时,可引起β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)在细胞核内明显积累,上皮细胞过度增殖,导致CRA的发生;中药单体及复方可通过调控Wnt信号通路相关蛋白Wnt配体、腺瘤性结肠息肉(APC)、β-catenin水平以及抑制Wnt信号通路的活化,达到抑制CRA复发及发展的目的。本文综述中医学对CRA的认识、中药治疗CRA的研究进展、Wnt信号通路与CRA的关系及中医药通过Wnt信号通路防治CRA的相关研究,旨在为防治CRA提供有力依据,为中医药治疗CRA提供新策略。This article studies the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of colorectal adenoma(CRA)with wingless-related integration site(Wnt)signaling pathway.When the Wnt signaling pathway is abnormally activated,it can cause significant accumulation ofβ-catenin in the nucleus,leading to excessive proliferation of epithelial cells and the occurrence of CRA.Chinese herbal monomers and formulas can achieve the goal of inhibiting CRA recurrence and development by regulating Wnt signaling pathway related proteins Wnt ligands,adenomatous polyposis coli(APC),β-catenin levels,and inhibiting the activation of Wnt signaling pathway.This article reviews the understanding of TCM on CRA,the research progress on TCM treatment of CRA,the relationship between Wnt signaling pathway and CRA,and the related research on TCM prevention and treatment of CRA through Wnt signaling pathway.The aim is to provide strong evidence for the prevention and treatment of CRA and new strategies for TCM treatment of CRA.
