中药黄芪治疗急性胰腺炎疗效的meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价黄芪辅助治疗急性胰腺炎疗效。方法检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase黄芪治疗急性胰腺炎相关随机对照实验研究,检索时限为2005年12月至2022年12月。运用Cochrane风险偏倚对文献质量进行评估。使用Review Manager 5.4及Stata 16.0软件进行数据分析,共纳入20篇文献。结果治疗组胰腺病理评分、胰腺比重、血清淀粉酶、白细胞介素-6均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药黄芪辅助治疗急性胰腺炎效果显著,并对未来急性胰腺炎维持治疗提供循证参考。Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Huangqi as an adjuvant therapy for acute pancreatitis.Methods China National Knowledge Infras tructure,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service P latform,VIP Information Chinese Journal Service Platform,China Biomedical Literature Service System,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,and related randomized controlled trials of Huangqi in the treatment of acute pancreatitis from December 2005 to December 2022 were searched.The quality of literature was evaluated using Cochrane risk bias.Review Manager 5.4 and Stata 16.0 software were used for data analysis,and a total of 20 articles were included.Results The meta-analysis showed that the pancreatic pathological score,pancreatic specific gravity,serum starch,and interleukin-6 were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese materia medica Huangqi has significant therapeutic efficacies in the adjuvant treatment of acute pancreatitis,and provides evidence-based reference for the maintenance treatment of acute pancreatitis in the future.
