摘 要:目的建立夏苍和胃颗粒的质量标准,有效控制该制剂的质量。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对夏苍和胃颗粒中黄连、黄芩、甘草进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对黄芩苷进行定量分析。结果夏苍和胃颗粒中黄连、黄芩、甘草的TLC鉴别均专属性强,斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。黄芩苷在6.44~128.8μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9993),平均回收率为97.64%,RSD值为1.38%。结论该方法准确可靠,重复性好,专属性强,可用于夏苍和胃颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard of Xiacang Hewei Granules and effectively control the quality of this preparation.Methods Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Scutellariae and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae in Xiacang Hewei Granules were qualitatively identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC),and baicalin was quantitatively analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results The TLC identifications of Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Scutellariae and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae in Xiacang Hewei Granules were all highly specific,with clear spots and no negative interference.Baicalin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 6.44-128.8μg/ml(r=0.9993),with an average recovery of 97.64%and RSD of 1.38%.Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable,reproducible and specific,and can be used for the quality control of Xiacang Hewei Granules.
