摘  要:目的对急性一氧化碳中毒患者采取高压氧联合吡拉西坦治疗的临床效果展开分析。方法选取2021年1月至2023年12月江苏省人民医院宿迁医院急诊医学科共计收治的70例急性一氧化碳中毒患者进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方式不同分为两组,对照组及观察组各35例。对照组实施高压氧治疗;观察组实施高压氧联合吡拉西坦治疗,比较两组临床疗效、心肌酶谱变化、不良预后发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组肌酸激酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组肌酸激酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶均有下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良预后总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取高压氧与吡拉西坦联合治疗的方式,可以提高急性一氧化碳中毒患者临床疗效,改善心肌酶谱异常问题,降低不良预后发生率,具有较高临床价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with piracetam in the treatment of patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods A total of 70 patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning admitted to the Department of Emergency Medicine of Jiangsu Province(Suqian)Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 35 patients in the control group and 35 patients in the observation group.The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen,and the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with piracetam.The clinical efficacy,changes in cardiac enzyme spectrums,and the incidence of poor prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical efficacy was higher in the observation group than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The comparison of creatine kinase,α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase isoenzyme,and lactate dehydrogenase between the two groups before treatment showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Creatine kinase,α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase isoenzyme,and lactate dehydrogenase were all decreased in the two groups after treatment and were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of poor prognosis was lower in the observation group than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hyperbaric oxygen combined with piracetam can improve the clinical efficacy in patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning,improve the problem of abnormal cardiac enzyme spectrum,and reduce the incidence of poor prognosis,which has high clinical value.
