通痹舒心颗粒对气虚血瘀型冠脉痉挛性心绞痛患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究通痹舒心颗粒治疗气虚血瘀型冠脉痉挛性心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取2022年6月至2023年12月于西苑医院济宁医院就诊并明确诊断为气虚血瘀型冠脉痉挛性心绞痛的80例患者,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组予以盐酸地尔硫卓缓释胶囊治疗,治疗组加用通痹舒心颗粒治疗,均治疗4周。比较两组中医证候积分、心功能[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)]、西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分、内皮素-1(ET-1)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果治疗组治疗后中医证候积分较对照组低,LVEF较对照组高,LVEDD、LVESD均较对照组短,SAQ评分较对照组高,ET-1、hs-CRP水平均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通痹舒心颗粒治疗气虚血瘀型冠脉痉挛性心绞痛可减轻患者临床症状和SAQ评分,改善心功能,降低ET-1、hs-CRP水平。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tongbi Shuxin Granules in treating coronary spastic angina of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 80 patients diagnosed with qi deficiency and blood stasis type coronary spastic angina pectoris at Jining Hospital Affiliated with Xiyuan Hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with sustained-release capsules of diltiazem hydrochloride,while the treatment group was treated with Tongbi Shuxin Granules for 4 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,cardiac function(left ventricular ejection fraction[LVEF],left ventricular end diastolic diameter[LVEDD]and left ventricular end systolic diameter[LVESD]),Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)score,endothelin-1(ET-1)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,LVEF was higher than that of the control group,LVEDD and LVESD were shorter than those of the control group,SAQ score was higher than that of the control group,and ET-1 and hs-CRP levels were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongbi Shuxin Granules can alleviate clinical symptoms and SAQ scores in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type coronary spastic angina,improve cardiac function,and reduce ET-1 and hs-CRP levels.
