国医大师张磊“疏利法”论治内分泌疾病经验撷萃

摘　　要：内分泌疾病根据临床症状可归属中医消渴、水肿、癥瘕、郁胀病等多个疾病范畴,涉及五脏六腑,因起病隐匿,证型复杂,变化多端,临床疗效往往不理想。国医大师张磊教授对于内分泌疾病持有深刻见解,认为其病机多为虚实夹杂,三焦不通,湿浊不化,经络湮淤,气血失和。治疗上强调宣可决壅,通可行滞,主张以“和阴阳,利三焦,调气血”为宗旨,运用“疏利法”疏补相兼,宣畅脉道,去宛陈莝,通利湿浊,并创立一系列经验效方。本文探讨国医大师张磊运用“疏利法”诊疗内分泌疾病的思想,探析其医案,以积累临床辨治经验,为内分泌疾病的治疗提供新思路,并彰显中医药在治疗疑难杂症中的独特优势,对总结、传承、发扬国医大师治疗经验具有重大意义。According to the clinical symptoms,endocrine diseases can be classified into many diseases such as thirst quenching,edema,abdominal mass,depression and other diseases,involving the internal organs.Because the onset is hidden,the syndrome types are complex and varied,and the clinical therapeutic efficacy is often unsatisfactory.Professor Zhang Lei,a master of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),holds a profound view on endocrine diseases,and thinks that its pathogenesis is mostly the mixture of excess and deficiency,the obstruction of triple energizer,the stagnation of dampness and turbidity,the stagnation of meridians,and the disharmony of qi and blood.In the treatment,it is emphasized to declare"promoting to resolve congestion,and unblocking to facilitate stagnation",advocate the aim of"harmonizing yin and yang,benefiting triple energizer,regulating qi and blood",and use the"unblocking and facilitating method"to relax and supplement both sides,promote the pulse,eliminate the stagnation,dredge the dampness and turbidity,and create a series of empirical and effective prescriptions.Zhang Lei’s thought of treating endocrine diseases by"unblocking and facilitating method"will be discussed in this paper.And his medical records are explored,so as to accumulate clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment,provide new ideas for the treatment of endocrine diseases,and highlight the unique advantages of TCM in treating intractable diseases,which is of great significance for summarizing,inheriting and carrying forward the treatment experience of TCM masters.
