摘　　要：甲状腺结节是常见的甲状腺疾病之一,现代临床治疗方法具有一定毒副作用及手术风险,中医药治疗具有较好的疗效。本文从病因病机、临证经验、验案举隅等方面,介绍国医大师熊继柏教授以疏肝消瘰丸治疗甲状腺结节的临证经验。熊教授认为,甲状腺结节多以“肝郁痰凝,瘀热互结”为基本病机,故以“疏肝解郁、化痰散结、清热化瘀”为基本治法,在临床中自拟疏肝消瘰丸治疗本病,并根据症状调整用药,标本兼治,临床收效颇佳。附验案一则,以资佐证。旨在总结熊教授临证经验,以期为临床辨治甲状腺结节提供新的诊疗思路。Thyroid nodules are one of the common thyroid diseases,and modern clinical treatment methods have certain toxic side effects and surgical risks.Traditional Chinese medicine has good clinical efficacy.This article introduces the clinical experience of Professor Xiong Jibo,a master of Chinese medicine,in the treatment of thyroid nodules with Shugan Xiaoluo Pill from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,clinical experience,and case analysis.Professor Xiong believes that thyroid nodules are mostly caused by"liver depression and phlegm coagulation,blood stasis and heat accumulation"as the basic pathological mechanism.Therefore,the basic treatment method is"soothing the liver and relieving depression,resolving phlegm and dispersing nodules,clearing heat and removing blood stasis".In clinical practice,the self-formulated Shugan Xiaoluo Pill is used to treat this disease,and the medication is adjusted according to the symptoms,achieving good clinical results in the treatment of both symptoms and causes.A test case is attached as evidence.The aim is to summarize the clinical experience of Professor Xiong,in order to provide new diagnostic and treatment ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of thyroid nodules.
