三伏灸联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性支气管炎临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨三伏灸联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性支气管炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年7月至2022年6月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的慢性支气管炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成两组。对照组30例患者予以常规西药抗感染治疗,治疗组30例患者在此基础上予以三伏灸联合穴位贴敷治疗,分析比较两组咳嗽症状评分、急性发作次数及平均发作时间。结果治疗组总有效率为92.86%,对照组为71.43%,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3个疗程后,两组在咳嗽症状评分、急性发作次数及平均发作时间的症状表现上均有所改善,且治疗组的咳嗽症状评分、急性发作次数及平均发作时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用三伏灸联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性支气管炎患者的临床效果较为确切,有助于减轻咳嗽症状,降低发作次数与时间,值得临床推荐应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Sanfu-moxibustion combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods Patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to the People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups using the randomized numerical table method.30 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine for anti-infective therapy.On this basis,30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Sanfu-moxibustion combined with acupoint application.The symptom score of coughs,the frequency of acute episodes,and the mean duration of episodes were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 92.86%in the treatment group and 71.43%in the control group,which was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After three courses of treatment,the symptomatic manifestations of the symptom score of coughs,the frequency of acute episodes and the mean duration of episodes were improved in both groups,and were all lower in the treatment group than those in the control group,with statistical significance differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Sanfu-moxibustion combined with acupoint application in the treatment of patients with chronic bronchitis is excellent,which can help to alleviate the symptoms of cough and reduce the frequency and duration of episodes,and is worth for clinical recommendation and application.
