中西医结合治疗男性少弱畸精子症临床研究

摘　　要：目的评估中西医结合疗法在男性少弱畸精子症(OAT)治疗中的临床效果。方法采用随机对照临床研究,纳入2022年2月至2023年9月娄底市中心医院中医科与生殖中心门诊接收的60例OAT患者,按随机数表法分组,对照组30例(西医疗法),观察组30例(中西医结合疗法),评价组间临床有效率、精子参数、精液参数以及安全性。结果治疗12周后,观察组临床有效率、精子密度、精子活动率、精液pH值高于对照组,精子形态异常率低于对照组,精液量多于对照组,精液液化时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在男性OAT治疗过程中采用中西医结合疗法,整体疗效显著,可以改善精子、精液参数,安全性良好。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the treatment of male oligoasthenozoospermia(OAT).Methods A randomized controlled clinical research was conducted,and a total of 60 patients with OAT received at the outpatient clinic of the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Reproductive center of Loudi Central Hospital February 2022 to September 2023 were included.Under the guidance of the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(n=30,Western medicine therapy)and the observation group(n=30,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy).The clinical efficacy,sperm parameters,semen parameters,and safety were evaluated between the groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy rate,sperm density,sperm motility,and semen pH value of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The abnormal rate of sperm morphology was lower than that of the control group,and the semen volume was higher than that of the control group.The semen liquefaction time was shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of male OAT has significant overall efficacy,can improve sperm and semen parameters,and has good safety.
