摘　　要：目的研究追踪护理模式在改善肿瘤患者就医决策延迟中的应用效果。方法选取2020年7月-2023年3月在我院诊治的64例肿瘤患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各组32例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组给予追踪护理模式。比较两组患者社会支持评分、疾病健康知识水平、护理满意度、应对方式及就医决策时间。结果与对照组比较,观察组社会支持各维度(家庭内支持、家庭外支持、总体支持)评分均更高(P<0.05);与干预前比较,两组干预后疾病健康知识水平均升高,且与对照组比较,观察组疾病健康知识水平得分更高(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为93.75%,与对照组的81.25%相比更高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组回避、屈服维度评分更低,应对维度评分更高(P<0.05);随访5个月发现,与对照组比较,观察组就医决策时间更短(P<0.05)。结论追踪护理模式在改善肿瘤患者就医决策延迟中具有显著的效果,可缩短患者就医决策时间,提高其社会支持和疾病健康知识水平,改善患者疾病应对方式,从而最大化预防就医决策延迟的发生。Objective To study the application effect of tracking nursing mode in improving the delay of medical decision-making of cancer patients.Methods A total of 64 tumor patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 32 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given tracking nursing mode.The social support score,disease health knowledge level,nursing satisfaction,coping style and medical decision-making time were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of all dimensions of social support(intra-family support,extra-family support and overall support)in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention,the level of disease health knowledge in the two groups increased after intervention,and compared with the control group,the level of disease health knowledge of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 81.25%of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of avoidance and yield dimensions in the observation group were lower,and the score of coping dimensions was higher(P<0.05).After 5 months of follow-up,it was found that compared with the control group,the decision-making time of the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion The tracking nursing model has a significant effect in improving the delay of medical decision-making of cancer patients,which can shorten the time of medical decision-making,improve the level of social support and disease health knowledge,and improve the coping style of patients,so as to maximize the prevention of the delay of medical decision-making.
