多学科协作护理模式对下肢骨折患者术后骨折愈合时间、自我护理能力的影响

摘　　要：目的研究多学科协作护理模式应用于下肢骨折患者的效果,观察其对患者术后骨折愈合时间、自我护理能力的影响。方法选取2020年2月-2023年3月在高安市瑞州医院诊治的50例下肢骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组25例和观察组25例,对照组行常规护理干预,观察组患者则以多学科协作护理模式进行干预,比较两组骨折愈合时间、下床活动时间、自我护理能力、护理满意度、并发症发生率及日常生活能力(Barthel指数)。结果与对照组比较,观察组骨折愈合时间、下床活动时间更早(P<0.05);与干预前相比,干预后两组自护技能、自护责任感、自我概念、疾病健康知识评分均升高,且与对照组比较,观察组自护技能、自护责任感、自我概念、疾病健康知识评分更高(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.00%,与对照组的80.00%相比更高(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8.00%,与对照组的20.00%相比更低(P<0.05);与干预前比较,两组Barthel指数均升高,且与对照组比较,观察组Barthel指数更高(P<0.05)。结论应用多学科协作护理模式可有效促进下肢骨折患者术后恢复,缩短患者下床活动时间,提高其自我护理能力和护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,提升日常生活能力,具有较理想的临床应用效果。Objective To study the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model on patients with lower limb fracture,and to observe its effect on postoperative fracture healing time and self-care ability.Methods Using the random number table method,50 patients with lower limb fractures diagnosed and treated in Gao'an Ruizhou Hospital from February 2020 to March 2023 were divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25).The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention.The fracture healing time,ambulation time,self-care ability,nursing satisfaction,complication rate and daily living ability(Barthel index)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the fracture healing time and the time of getting out of bed in the observation group were earlier(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention,the scores of self-care skills,self-care responsibility,self-concept and disease health knowledge in the two groups increased,and compared with the control group,the scores of self-care skills,self-care responsibility,self-concept and disease health knowledge in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention,the Barthel index of the two groups increased,and compared with the control group,the Barthel index of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model can effectively promote the postoperative recovery of patients with lower limb fracture,shorten the time for patients to get out of bed,improve their self-care ability and nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve their daily living ability.It has an ideal clinical application effect.
