孟鲁司特钠联合复方甲氧那明治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察孟鲁司特钠联合复方甲氧那明治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年7月澧县人民医院收治的78例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者作为研究对象,依照双色球法分为两组,每组39例。单一组选用复方甲氧那明治疗,结合组选用孟鲁司特钠联合复方甲氧那明治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量提高,且结合组高于单一组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组咳嗽、胸闷、呼吸困难、哮鸣音积分下降,且结合组低于单一组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平下降,且结合组低于单一组(P<0.05)。结合组治疗总有效率高于单一组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合复方甲氧那明治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果显著,可减轻患者症状、炎症,加快肺功能恢复,且安全性较好。Objective:To observe the effect of montelukast sodium combined with compound methoxyphenamine in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods:From January 2021 to July 2023,78 patients with cough variant asthma admitted to Lixian People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the double color ball method,these patients were divided into two groups,with 39 cases in each group.The single group was treated with compound methoxyphenamine,and the combination group was treated with montelukast sodium combined with compound methoxyphenamine.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in 1 second and forced vital capacity increased in the two groups,and these parameters in the combination group were higher than those in the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,chest tightness,dyspnea and wheezing decreased in the two groups,and the scores in the combination group were lower than those in the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 decreased in the two groups,and the levels in the combination group were lower than those in the single group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was higher than that in the single group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast sodium combined with compound methoxyphenamine has a significant effect in the treatment of cough variant asthma,and can relieve symptoms and inflammation of patients,accelerate the recovery of lung function,and has a good safety.
