坎地沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析坎地沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的临床效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年8月沧州市吴桥县何庄乡卫生院收治的老年高血压患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(30例)采用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,观察组(30例)在对照组基础上采用坎地沙坦治疗。对比两组血压水平、疗效、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组24 h平均收缩压、24 h平均舒张压、24 h收缩压标准差和24 h舒张压标准差比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组24 h平均收缩压、24 h平均舒张压、24 h收缩压标准差和24 h舒张压标准差下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(93.33%)比对照组(66.67%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:坎地沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的临床效果较好,能够降低患者血压水平,且不会增加不良反应。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Candesartan combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods:A total of 60 elderly hypertension patients admitted to Cangzhou Wuqiao County Hezhuang Township Health Center from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into groups by random number table method.Control group(30 cases)was treated with amlodipine besylate,observation group(30 cases)was treated with candesartan on the basis of control group.Blood pressure level,efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in 24 h mean systolic blood pressure,24 h mean diastolic blood pressure,24 h standard deviation of systolic blood pressure and 24 h standard deviation of diastolic blood pressure between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,24 h mean systolic blood pressure,24 h mean diastolic blood pressure,24 h systolic blood pressure standard deviation and 24 h diastolic blood pressure standard deviation decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group(93.33%)was higher than that of control group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Candesartan combined with amlodipine besylate has a good clinical effect in the treatment of senile hypertension,which can reduce the blood pressure level of patients without increasing adverse reactions.
