摘　　要：目的:分析血液透析联合血液灌流在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月于邳州市新中医院进行维持性血液透析的患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组,各40例。对照组实施血液透析,观察组在对照组基础上实施血液灌流。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022)。治疗后,两组免疫球蛋白G水平升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组总Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端延长肽、β-胶原降解产物、骨钙素水平降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析联合血液灌流在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者机体炎性因子指标及骨代谢情况。Objective:To analyze the application effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in Pizhou New Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received hemodialysis,while the observation group received hemoperfusion on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin G in the two groups increased,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total typeⅠprocollagen amino-terminal propeptide,β-collagen degradation product and osteocalcin in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion has significant application effects in maintenance hemodialysis patients,and can ameliorate the inflammatory factor indicators and bone metabolism in the body of patients.
