摘　　要：目的:分析经鼻高流量湿化氧疗(HFNC)在气管插管机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年8月—2022年8月于重庆市垫江县人民医院行气管插管机械通气治疗的患者400例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各200例。对照组采用面罩吸氧治疗,观察组采用HFNC。比较两组治疗效果。结果:拔管后,观察组生命体征指标、血气指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组ICU治疗时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,呼吸衰竭率、再插管率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:HFNC在气管插管机械通气患者中的应用效果显著,可稳定患者生命体征和血气指标,改善临床指标。Objective:To analyze the application effect of high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy(HFNC)in patients undergoing tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation.Methods:A total of 400 patients who received tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation therapy in Chongqing Dianjiang County People's Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group using a random number table method,with 200 cases in each group.The control group received face mask oxygen inhalation therapy,and the observation group received HFNC.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After extubation,the vital sign indexes and blood gas indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ICU treatment time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the hospitalization cost in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the rates of respiratory failure and reintubation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of HFNC in patients undergoing tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation has a significant effect,and can stabilize the vital signs and blood gas indexes of patients and improve clinical indicators.
