心通口服液联合常规疗法治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探析心通口服液联合常规疗法治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法:将2022年4月—2024年4月北京市东城区安定门社区卫生服务中心收治的老年冠心病心绞痛患者80例随机分为两组,对照组(40例)实施常规治疗,研究组(40例)在对照组基础上采用心通口服液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组心绞痛发作持续时间缩短,心绞痛发作频率下降,且研究组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组胸痛、气短、心悸、疲倦乏力积分降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组左室射血分数(LVEF)提高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:心通口服液联合常规疗法治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的效果确切,可缩短心绞痛发作时间,降低心绞痛发作频率,减轻临床症状,改善心功能,且不会增加不良反应。Objective:To analyze the effect of Xintong oral liquid combined with conventional therapy in treatment of elderly coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to Beijing Dongcheng District Andingmen Community Health Service Center between April 2022 and April 2024 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(40 cases)implemented conventional treatment and the study group(40 cases)adopted Xintong oral liquid treatment on the basis of control group.The treatment effect was compared between groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the duration of angina pectoris attacks was shortened and the frequency of angina attacks decreased in the two groups,and the improvement in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of chest pain,shortness of breath,palpitations,and fatigue decreased in the two groups,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)increased in the two groups,and this parameter in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Xintong oral liquid combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease and angina pectoris is definite,which can shorten the duration of angina pectoris attacks,reduce the frequency of angina pectoris attacks,relieve clinical symptoms,improve cardiac function,and will not increase adverse reactions.
