黄芪桂枝五物汤加减联合常规西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤加减联合常规西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年5月北京市东城区龙潭社区卫生服务中心收治的60例DPN患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组手足麻木、肢体末端疼痛、气短懒言、肌肤甲错、神疲乏力、自汗畏风评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组手足麻木、肢体末端疼痛、气短懒言、肌肤甲错、神疲乏力、自汗畏风评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组腓总神经与正中神经感觉神经传导速度(SCV)、运动神经传导速度(MCV)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组腓总神经与正中神经SCV、MCV提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未发生不良反应。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤加减联合常规西药治疗DPN的效果良好,能够改善患者症状,提高下肢神经功能,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:A total of 60 patients with DPN admitted to Beijing Dongcheng District Longtan Community Health Service Center from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of numbness of hands and feet,pain at the end of limbs,shortness of breath and reluctant to speak,squamous and dry skin,spiritlessness and fatigue,spontaneous sweating and anemophobia between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of numbness of hands and feet,pain at the end of limbs,shortness of breath and reluctant to speak,squamous and dry skin,spiritlessness and fatigue,spontaneous sweating and anemophobia in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV)and motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV)of common peroneal nerve and median nerve between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the SCV and MCV of common peroneal nerve and median nerve in the two groups increased,and these parameters in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with conventional western medicine has a good effect in the treatment of DPN,and can imp
