自拟通络散定向透药疗法联合针灸治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究自拟通络散定向透药疗法联合针灸治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫的临床效果。方法:选取衡水市中医医院2022年6月—2023年6月收治的脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予自拟通络散定向透药治疗。比较两组痉挛程度、运动功能、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组临床痉挛指数、Ashworth痉挛评定量表评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组上肢运动功能、下肢运动功能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论:自拟通络散定向透药疗法联合针灸治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫的临床效果显著,可缓解患者的痉挛程度,改善其运动功能。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tongluosan combined with acupuncture on spastic hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:A total of 80 patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke treated in Hengshui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,and the observation group was given self-designed Tongluosan directional transdrug treatment on the basis of the control group.The degree of spasticity,motor function and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical spasticity index and Ashworth spasticity rating scale were lower in both groups than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of upper limb motor function and lower limb motor function in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Tongluosan combined with acupuncture in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke is remarkable,which can relieve the spasticity degree of patients and improve their motor function.
