摘　　要：目的:探讨自适应生物反馈疗法联合中医推拿手法治疗出口梗阻型便秘的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月于广州市花都区人民医院就诊的出口梗阻型便秘患者78例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予自适应生物反馈疗法联合中医推拿手法治疗。比较两组肛门直肠动力学指标、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组肛门静息压力、直肠感受阈值均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组肛门收缩压力升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.008)。结论:自适应生物反馈疗法联合中医推拿手法治疗出口梗阻型便秘的临床效果较好,能够降低肛门静息压力和直肠感受阈值,提高肛门收缩压力。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of adaptive biofeedback therapy combined with traditional Chinese massage in the treatment of outlet obstructive constipation.Methods:A total of 78 patients with exit obstructive constipation who were treated in Guangzhou Huadu District People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given adaptive biofeedback therapy combined with traditional Chinese massage therapy based on the control group.The anorectal dynamics indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the anal resting pressure and rectal receptive threshold were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Anal systolic pressure increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.008).Conclusion:Adaptive biofeedback therapy combined with Chinese massage has good clinical effect in the treatment of outlet obstructive constipation,which can reduce the anal resting pressure and rectal receptive threshold,and increase the anal contractile pressure.
