摘　　要：目的:分析血常规检验在肠炎诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月连云港市灌南县第一人民医院收治的肠炎患者84例作为观察组,选取同期健康体检者84例作为对照组。检测并比较两组血常规指标水平,包括平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、血小板计数(PLT)、血红蛋白(Hb)、C反应蛋白(CRP)。结果:观察组MCV、MCHC、Hb水平低于对照组,PLT、CRP水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。轻、中、重度肠炎患者MCV、MCHC、Hb水平比较,轻度患者>中度患者>重度患者,轻、中、重度肠炎患者PLT、CRP水平比较,轻度患者<中度患者<重度患者(P<0.05)。结论:血常规检验可辅助诊断肠炎,了解肠炎严重程度,为后续治疗提供科学依据。Objective:To analyze the application value of blood routine test in diagnosis of enteritis.Methods:From January 2022 to June 2023,84 patients with enteritis who received treatment at the First People's Hospital of Guannan in Lianyungang City were selected as the observation group,and 84 healthy physical examination personnel were selected as the control group during the same period.The levels of blood routine test indicators were detected and compared between two groups,including mean corpuscular volume(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),platelet count(PLT),hemoglobin(Hb),and C-reactive protein(CRP).Results:The levels of MCV,MCHC and Hb in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of PLT and CRP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of MCV,MCHC and Hb were compared and ranked as follows:mild patients>moderate patients>severe patients,and the levels of PLT and CRP were compared and ranked as follows:mild patients<moderate patients<severe patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blood routine blood test can assist in the diagnosis of enteritis,understand the severity of enteritis,and provide a scientific basis for subsequent treatment.
