时间护理模式在周围神经病理性疼痛患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究时间护理模式在周围神经病理性疼痛患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年11月—2022年11月滨州医学院附属医院收治的90例周围神经病理性疼痛患者进行研究,运用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用时间护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:干预后,两组疼痛评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组生理职能、心理职能、社会功能与物质情况评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:时间护理模式在周围神经病理性疼痛患者中的应用效果显著,可以减轻患者疼痛,提高生活质量、护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of time nursing model in patients with peripheral neuropathic pain.Methods:A total of 90 patients with peripheral neuropathic pain admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected for the study.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received time nursing model on the basis of control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the pain scores in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physiological function,psychological function,social function and material status in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of time nursing model in patients with peripheral neuropathic pain has significant effects,and can relieve the pain of patients,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
